If you wish to plead "guilty": You can pay your fine in any of the following ways:
Online (credit card) at XpressBillPay.
By phone (credit card) to the Court Clerk.
By mail (check or money order) to the Court Clerk at City Hall. Write your citation number on your payment.
In-person (cash, check, money order, or credit card) with the Court Clerk at City Hall.
You cannot pay for your citation at the Police Department.
If you wish to plead "not-guilty" or "no-contest": You must appear before the Judge on the arraignment date entered on your citation. Your case will be set for trial and you will have to return to appear before the Judge on the date that is provided.
Insurance citations: To qualify for early dismissal of the charge, you must appear before the Court Clerk before your arraignment date and display proof from your insurance provider that the vehicle you were driving at the time of the citation was covered at that time. There will be no fines assessed for early dismissal of insurance citations. Early dismissal is not available after your arraignment date.
Payment arrangements: Contact the Court Clerk prior to your arraignment date.
If you do not satisfy your responsibilities regarding your citation, the Court will file additional additional charges against you, issue an arrest warrant in your name, and notify the Department of Public Safety to suspend your driver's license.

Court starts at 3PM. Court dates are assigned at the time a citation is issued. You may appear in Court only on the date assigned. You may contact the Judge only when your name has been placed on the Court docket and you appear in Court.
