Law Enforcement Careers

The City of Tuttle is accepting applications for Police Officers.
Minimum Qualifications are:
21 YOA (must be 45 YOA or under at time of testing due to Police Pension standards)
High School Diploma, or GED
No Criminal Record
Pass Physical Agility Test
Pass Written Test
Pass Psychological Test (MMPI)
Pass Background Investigation
Pass the Police Pension Physical
Pass Polygraph

Pay is non-certified $14.92 per hour, CLEET Certified $15.99 per hour
Shift Differential Pay
Uniform Allowance
Longevity Pay
Paid Holidays
All individuals who apply for the position of police officer must take an open, competitive written examination. If the applicant passes the written exam, they may have an additional five (5) points added to their score if they have served in the United States Armed Forces and received an honorable discharge or a discharge under honorable conditions. A certified eligibility list will then be created which ranks the applicants in the order of their adjusted examination scores.
